Username:
This username is used for you to sign into our service. It is also used in your outbound messages.
For example, The username is the front half of your default FROM email address used in your bulk email messages.
Username@ServiceDomain.com.
Organization Name:
This organization name is more descriptive than your username, and it will be used instead of your username where appropriate.
An organization name can contain space while a username cannot. For example, your default FROM email address will show as:
Organization Name <Username@ServiceDomain.com>.
Your text messages are also prepended with your organization name as your identifier (required by wireless carriers).
Please use the minimum number of characters for your organization name since each character used in your organization name will reduce the number of characters left for your text message content.
"<Organization Name>: <your text message content>"
This message structure will be limited to a total of 160 characters including the required “Organization Name” header.
The "Country of Operation" will help us identify which short or long code to assign your account. If the country you choose is not the country you will be using your Trumpia account in, your outgoing and incoming mobile phone capabilities such as mobile keywords and appointment reminders will not properly function.
